**Job Description**:
**True right-hand to the CEO of AXA Partners France, you will be a key player in ensuring coordination, supporting strategic thinking, and executing operational missions.**
**What you’ll be doing**:
**Position Summary**:
- ** Coordination**: Ensure and streamline internal communication and cross-functional coordination of strategic topics among the different departments of APF to achieve the objectives set by the CEO.
- ** Strategy**: Continuously support the CEO in strategic reflection, implementation, monitoring, and adaptation of action plans.
- ** Operations**: Adapt to urgent matters, manage the CEO’s schedule, and carry out, depending on the topics, ad hoc missions in close collaboration with relevant teams.
**Scope**:
This position covers the entire scope of AXA Partners in France, across all legal entities, interacting with all local and global departments necessary for project success. You will notably liaise with sales teams, central AP teams, finance teams, while providing distinctive added value to clients and achieving regional financial objectives. You will also sit on the AXA Partners France Executive Committee as a member.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the CEO in leading and managing strategic and transversal projects, as well as the transformation plan.
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of AXA Partners France’s strategic governance, and animate the executive committees.
- Prepare or contribute to the preparation of strategic notes and presentations (monthly meetings, client workshops, presentations at AXA Group level).
- Work closely with members of the executive committee and their teams to ensure the implementation of the CEO’s decisions.
- Contribute to the company’s strategy by working on a common approach with all departments of APF (Transformation, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, etc.).
- Identify and resolve strategic risks related to the company’s ambitions.
- Coordinate with the APF communication team to draft speeches and internal/external communications of the CEO.
- Organize off-site seminars and events for the executive committee.
- Lead key initiatives in collaboration with relevant directors and their teams (goal setting and evaluation, target organization, etc.).
**What you’ll bring**:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing strategic projects or large accounts.
- Ability to understand financial issues, with excellent project management skills.
- Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data in a business-oriented approach (data analysis).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, ability to work in a team, motivate, and persuade.
- Strategic vision, ability to take a step back, manage stress and pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
