The CSAM Innovation team
**Business Program Manager** is responsible for delivering on the vision of the CSAM as the architect of future consumption growth. This includes role ownership, role strategy, methodologies, communities and enabling CSAM and CSAM-M success in the field. This team brings deep expertise and experience across orchestration guidance in alignment with MCEM, expansion of orchestration guidance across Microsoft, and execution/quality guidance on Customer Success and Consumption Plans

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shaping & executing Delivery Strategy
- Orchestrating delivery programs
- Drive day to day business management striving for operational excellence
- Build a strong and active business network locally and globally with Microsoft stakeholders, partners and customers
- Drive cross-team collaboration in Microsoft, to bring the best that Microsoft has to offer to market

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- Technical Field Experience: Substantial experience working in technical sales, engineering or consultative delivery
- Domain experience in customer success, engineering, or program management

Preferred:

- Communication. Thought leader with executive presence, including the ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions, exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Collaboration. Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers
- Proven ability to map the customer’s needs to technical solutions
- Strong technical understanding of Data and AI Enterprise cloud workloads
- Empathy, curiosity, and desire to constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results
- Demonstrated leadership through prior technical coaching/leadership roles
- Ability to act on Customer Escalation needs, Unblock the customer through orchestration of right resources at the right time

Education
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
