Une journée dans la vie de Ingénieur R&D

Un poste clé est à pourvoir en France en tant qu'Ingénieur R&D dans le domaine de l'instrumentation, de la dosimétrie et de la métrologie.

Rattaché directement au Directeur Scientifique, l'Ingénieur R&D a pour mission de concevoir et développer des techniques et méthodes, ou de nouveaux produits dans le cadre d'une innovation. Il/elle s'appuiera sur les relais identifiés dans l'organisation Landauer pour mener à bien l'exécution de sa mission.

Responsabilités

Responsable du développement et de la mise à l'essai de nouveaux produits ou technologies.

Améliorer les produits existants pour mieux répondre aux exigences de fonctionnement ou aux exigences de la norme.

Proposer des idées sur la façon d'améliorer les produits existants.

Évaluer et sélectionner les fournisseurs et les vendeurs potentiels.

Analyser et interpréter les spécifications techniques.

Fournir une assistance technique et une formation aux employés moins expérimentés.

Votre équipe

Sous la direction scientifique, l’Ingérieur R&D fait partie intégrante d’une équipe de 5 personnes et travaille en relation étroite avec l'équipe R&D de la maison mère.

Une forte interaction avec la communauté scientifique, publication et/ou présentation orale en conférence sont attendues
Day in the Life of an R&D Engineer

A key position is available in France as R&D engineer in the field of the instrumentation, dosimetry, and metrology.

Reporting directly to Scientific Director, R&D engineer has the mission of designing and developing techniques and methods, or new products as part of an innovation. He/she will be based on the relays identified in the Landauer organization to carry out the execution of his/her mission.

Missions abroad are expected

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for developing and testing new product or technologies.

Improve existing products to better meet the operation requirements or the requirements of the standard.

Be the one who come up with ideas on how to improve existing products.

Evaluate, and select potential suppliers and vendors.

Analyze and interpret technical specifications.

Provide technical assistance and training to less experienced employees.

Your Team

This position will report to the scientific direction and be part of team of 5 people with important collaboration with R&D team of the parent company. Strong interaction with the scientific community and publication & oral presentation in conference are also expected. Expérience

Une expérience dans la dosimétrie, la physique de la santé et/ou la métrologie sont un plus

Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement de travail collaboratif, interfonctionnel et matriciel à l'échelle mondiale et au sein d'une équipe locale et mondiale

Faire preuve d’attention aux détails et à l’exactitude des données

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome

Compétences en instrumentation nucléaire et en physique radiologique

Compétences en programmation LabVIEW

Code MC (MCNP ou Phyts,...) pour la modélisation physique

Français et Anglais (niveau B2 minimum)

Experience

Experience in dosimetry, health physics, and/or metrology is a plus.

Skills in nuclear Instrumentation and radiological physics

Programming skills LabVIEW
