**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un marketeur senior talentueux et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. En tant que marketeur senior chez Hexuvium, vous serez responsable de la création et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies marketing sophistiquées pour promouvoir nos services immobiliers, augmenter notre visibilité et attirer de nouveaux clients. Vous aurez également la tâche de développer un business plan solide pour guider notre croissance future.

**Responsabilités**:

- Développer et exécuter des campagnes marketing avancées pour nos services immobiliers
- Analyser les tendances du marché et les performances des campagnes pour optimiser les stratégies
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente et de produit pour aligner les stratégies marketing
- Gérer les contenus sur les réseaux sociaux et autres plateformes digitales
- Créer des rapports détaillés et des présentations sur les résultats des campagnes
- Élaborer un business plan complet et stratégique pour soutenir notre croissance
- Former et encadrer les membres juniors de l'équipe marketing

**Compétences et qualifications requises**:

- Diplôme en marketing, communication, gestion ou domaine connexe
- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience prouvée en marketing, de préférence dans le secteur immobilier
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise des outils de marketing digital et des réseaux sociaux
- Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à élaborer des business plans
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets marketing de grande envergure
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
