Our team is fully international and passionate about building the future of health and weight care for our customers. **About the role** This is an excellent chance for a Junior Talent Partner who is seeking to join a thriving and highly ambitious health-tech company. Additionally, you will have the chance to continually learn new tools and skills, enabling you to grow and develop alongside Able. In this position, you won't simply be responsible for filling vacancies, but you will also have the opportunity to assist Able in enhancing and optimizing its recruitment processes. **What you'll do** - Review active applicants on a daily basis and be able to have a clear picture of our existing pipeline at any point in time; - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to achieve outstanding collaboration; **About you** - Experience working with a well known Applicant Tracking Systems in the industry; - Experience working with or within a product company; - Knowledge of a product company evergreen roles (Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, etc.); - Highly proficient in written and spoken English (other languages are a plus); - Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment; - Passion for recruitment. **Nice to have** - Experience using Ashby (ATS). **Benefits** - Flexible, remote working environment; - In-person company retreats and virtual gatherings; - Apple laptop and equipment for your needs; - Unlimited PTO; - Work with incredibly talented colleagues. **Life at Able** By joining Able, you’ll become part of a team that picks each other up, collaborates daily, and works hard, fast, and smart because they’re motivated and passionate about being the best in the industry.
