**SUMMARY**

The responsibility of the Regional Manager is to ensure the day-to-day management of the Visa Application Centres in the region to which he is attached. He is the legal representative, and the guarantor of the proper functioning of the company in the region under his responsibility.

He ensures that the profitability of the Centres is maintained and improved by developing activities and promotes the image of Capago International within the region.

To carry out his mission, the Regional Manager works in direct relation with the Operational Managers of his region, and in collaboration with Capago's cross-functional services.
- **The Regional Manager has to be fluent in Italian, Hindi and English - French is a big plus.**
- **RESPONSABILITIES**

As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for:

- Contracts in accordance with the specifications;
- Local and international laws;
- Internal rules of Capago International;
- Capago International strategies;
- **The Identification, validation and allocation of**:

- Human Resources needs;
- Material needs;
- Financial needs;
- All other needed resources ;
- **Ensuring the financial profitability of the Business Unit**:

- Realizing revenue optimization;
- Realizing reduction of charges;
- **Maintaining a good relation with**:

- The represented Embassies and Consular Authorities;
- The General Management of the Capago group;
- Operational Teams;
- **Representing the Business Unit in the region of operation**:

- Representing the Business Unit in the region of operation ;
- Promoting the brand image.

**HIERARCHIC RATTACHEMENT**

In terms of a hierarchy, the Regional Manager will report directly to the Business Unit Director and/or any other person stipulated by Capago Group General Management.
