BioInnovation Labs (BioLabs), established in 2009 and headquartered in Cambridge, MA, is the premier network of co-working spaces for life science startups. We are seeking an **Operations, Office & Event Associate **to contribute to the development and execution of our business plan and long-term growth strategy. Through a rapidly growing network of global locations (currently 11 in US and 3 in Europe), our collaborative lab space model is uniquely designed for scientific entrepreneurs to test, develop, grow, and commercialize their game-changing ideas. Each location supports entrepreneurial scientists with premium, fully equipped, and supported laboratory, and office spaces alongside unparalleled access to capital and industry partners.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage daily site reception, shipping and receiving, café facilities, and other hands-on operations functions for the graduate suites.
- Provide daily support and general problem-solving for residents and BioLabs team members.
- Design site signage, brochures, and event flyers using the Adobe suite.
- Organize, plan, market, budget, and host internal/site-specific events, as well as regional/community-facing events and strategic programming initiatives, including events hosted by BioLabs’ sponsors.
- Help create, coordinate, and manage event presentation content.
- On-site coverage and troubleshooting during events.
- Manage site-specific databases, contact directories, and mailing lists.
- Oversee digital client onboarding and draft monthly resident billing (with oversight from the Site Director).
- Draft and post site-specific social media, engage with resident and sponsor news.
- Support the development and organization of the Saclay community.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
- Previous work experience in operations, operations management, event planning, and/or customer service.
- Strong graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-service environment.
- Skilled at swiftly learning new software and technical systems.
- Excellent verbal, phone, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint), database systems and analytics.
- Ability to travel to other BioLabs locations (domestic & international).
