Is Project Manager

We are looking for a IS PM, within IT & Security team, to be positioned as a true facilitator and coordinator to contribute to the general Doctolib growth in a fast-paced environment and international growth development (France, Germany, Italy):

- Support Doctolib's growth by providing best-in-class solutions and tools that you can trust

- Answer on-demand business needs with operational excellence and expertise

Within the IT & Security Team Operations, you will help IT & Security teams to plan and operate with excellence:

- By contributing and promoting IT & Security team vision and impact
- By aligning roadmaps & products portfolio in accordance with Doctolib strategy
- By optimizing internal processes, ways of working and tooling and promoting best practices
- By ensuring security and compliance are taken into account in each project and roadmap
- By contribution to talents development and learning

**You'll be in charge of**:

- Leading one or multiple transversal projects / programs to drive alignment between several teams and departments (inside and outside IT & Security) regarding strategic challenges
- Helping to define IT & Security key objectives with measurable KPIs, and report to the top management via the proper governance,
- Supporting our IT Business, Platforms and Operations Domains to ensure they respect their roadmap and budget, work with common and efficient processes, measure and follow their KPIs
- Fostering communication and vision on key topics within the team to enhance scope, schedule, follow-up, risks, budget & outcomes,
- Ensuring the global coherence and alignment of all IT & Security operations and delivery with the strategic objectives
- Helping closely IT Leadership to ensure our IT organizations is efficient and leverage continuous improvement for our activities

**Who you are**:

- 3+ years experience in a project-program management role
- Master of Engineering or business school
- Experience delivering projects from inception to delivery in an Agile environment
- French, English speaking - to establish work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams
- Data-driven and solution maker - to always learn and innovate
- Strong communication skills - to drive discussions
- Experience operating autonomously, demonstrating critical thinking, and workshops animation
- Taste for the intellectual technical challenge, curiosity, and innovative spirit,
- Open-minded, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Desire to be part of an amazing fast-growing adventure.

**Details**:

- **Contract**: full-time position
