Technical expertise : Service Now, Terraform, Pupprt, Ansible Start date: ASAP Duration: 1 year + Location: 75017 + 3 days remote/week Main Tasks: - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for multiple projects - Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility - Developing a detailed project plan to be shared with clients and other staff members - Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs - Measuring project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals - Performing risk management to minimize potential risks - Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation - Meeting budgetary objectives and adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis - Developing spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps and comprehensive documentation as needed - Implementing adequate governance with all stakeholders **Skills**: - Expertise on security and regulatory projects in a complex environment. - Expertise in communication with the various stakeholders and governance - Expertise in organization: complex schedules to manage and formulate a synthetic view with strict control of milestones. - Coordination of operational teams (worldwide). - Expertise in preparation and coordination of production operations - Consulting expertise (listening, problem detection, analysis, decision making, communication, initiative...). - Technical culture to conduct architecture workshops on IT infrastructure issues (network, servers...). - Excellent client-facing and internal informative expertise - Excellent written and verbal informative English expertise - Strong working expertise of Microsoft Office - A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous. 06 72 02 01 72
