**Summary**:
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an experienced **Software Development Engineer** proficient in C++ to join our dynamic team of 7
You'll be primarily working on WORKNC, a CAD/CAM software for automatic CNC programming of solid and surface models in the mold and tooling sectors, from 2 to 5 axes programming.
The position is hybrid, offering great flexibility with the option to work from home and at our office in Charnay-lès-Mâcon (71). Our team enjoys flexible working conditions and significant autonomy.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Software Development Engineer, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Designing and architecting software based on specified requirements and functionalities.
- Testing and validating the produced source code.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting software issues (bugs).
- Adhering to development processes established by the R&D manager.
- Utilizing tools to ensure timely delivery and software quality.
- Proposing improvements to enhance team productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development within the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in C++ and good knowledge of QT.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Agile methodology and strong communication skills.
- Ideally, you have good knowledge of the Azure environment and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of.NET is a plus.
