**Job Description Summary**: The Project Quality Engineer will provide a global quality assurance support across GE Offshore Wind projects to the Projects Quality Managers.

Le/La Project Quality Engineer (Ingénieur(e) Qualité projet) est chargé(e) d'apporter son soutien en matière d'assurance qualité pour tous les projets GE Offshore Wind aux responsables Qualité projet

The Project Quality Engineer will collaborate with all project functions and supporting departments. In his role, he/she will lead project improvement initiatives to both meet project objectives and client satisfaction.

The Project Quality Engineer will ensure that projects Inspection and Test Plans meet projects expectations and standards, and that they are effectively implemented and followed.

The Project Quality Engineer can represent the Project Quality Manager for internal and external inspections and audits. When required, he will also ensure the follow-up of the manufacturing process at suppliers’ facilities, follow-up corrective actions and contribute to project KPI reporting.

The Project Quality Engineer will participate to product acceptance meetings with suppliers and project management functions.

Il/Elle collabore avec toutes les fonctions impliquées dans le projet et autres services intervenant. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, il/elle dirige des initiatives d'amélioration de projet afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés et de satisfaire les clients.

Il/Elle doit veiller à ce que les plans d'inspection et d'essai des projets répondent aux attentes et aux normes, et à ce qu'ils soient mis en œuvre et suivis efficacement.

Il/Elle peut être amené(e) à représenter le Responsable Qualité projet dans le cadre des inspections et des audits internes et externes. Au besoin, il/elle assure également le suivi du processus de fabrication au sein des installations des fournisseurs, le suivi des actions correctives et contribue au reporting des KPI du projet.

Il/Elle participe aux réunions d'acceptation des produits avec les fournisseurs et les services de gestion de projet.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Minimum of 10 year-experience in a similar role and position in an industrial field.

Experienced in multicultural working environment and international travels.

**Qualifications/Exigences**

Au moins 10 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire dans un domaine industriel

Expérience des environnements de travail multiculturels et des déplacements internationaux

**Degreee**

Bachelor degree in an engineering field.

**Diplôme**

BAC+3, BAC+4 ou BAC+5 dans le domaine de l'ingénierie

**Desired Characteristics**

Experience in offshore wind design, engineering and/or quality manufacturing.

Experience and/or qualification in audit process, familiar with quality software for inspection, auditing and reporting.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to quickly learn production process, product standards definition and manufacturing processes, capacity to identify the steps which are critical to quality.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as liaison with the project team, the supply chain organization, engineering, and customer.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced in Lean Management.

Expérience et/ou qualification relative aux processus d'audit, connaissance des logiciels de qualité pour les procédures d'inspection, d'audit et de reporting

Solides compétences organisationnelles et sens du détail. Capacité à appréhender rapidement le processus de production, la définition des normes de produit et les processus de fabrication, doublée d'une capacité à identifier les étapes essentielles à la qualité

Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à jouer le rôle d'agent de liaison avec l'équipe de projet, l'organisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, le service d'ingénierie et le client

Solides compétences en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Expérience en matière de gestion Lean
