**What will**
**you be doing?**:

- Having proactive management of business-critical real-time trading systems, identifying issues and potential problem areas, and tracking outstanding issues
- Having a significant level of business engagement to ensure that trading systems are maintained and enhanced to meet current and ongoing control standards

**What we’re looking for**:

- Understanding of concepts of trading business and end to end business process and workflows
- Good working knowledge of operating system platforms (UNIX, Linux, SQL, Windows) and database and SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with ITIL concepts and best practices
- Experience of market data systems such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Financial knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, Rates, FX, Commodities or Credit would be considered
- Support experience in AWS or other cloud environments
- Experience with ITRS Geneos monitoring system
- Degree in an IT or Mathematics related discipline
