**Reports to: Supply Chain Director**
**Scope of Responsibility**
The Network Operations Coordinator, Filorga Supply Chain is responsible for coordinating all efforts for Filorga new product launch and project implementation, being the connection between sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Procurement, Regulatory, R&D, Supply and Demand for Filorga Customers (Affiliate, distributors, ecommerce )
initiatives that include, but are not limited to, supporting procurement strategies for all markets (especially launch and project supply), processes and an operations approach that emphasizes agility and rapid deployment
**Core Responsibilities**
- Project Management for New product launch implementation in a facilitating role
- Lead all project briefings, and manage evaluation and related protocols to ensure timely implementation of Filorga Innovation projects.
- Work collaboratively to develop plans, oversee timelines and milestones for operations to support growth
- E2E feasibility assessment
- Develop strategic processes that support network-wide growth business objectives for improvement and simplification
- Manage communication activities for status reports, projects, risk mitigation plans and metrics, communicating all milestones, measuring and reporting on project successes and challenges.
- Responsible and accountable for the financial objectives of each project, including development, planning and execution.
**Required**:
- Technical: Excel, SAP, Project Management, Financial basic concepts (Costing)
- B.S. in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of Plant Operations and/or Engineering experience in the Supply Chain
- Is able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Has good project management skills and is able to work in virtual teams
- Has good mathematical skills/experience and is able to analyze large amounts of complex data to formulate conclusions and recommendations
- Has good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Preferred: Supply chain background and preferably plant experience
