Its software products are designed to support all medical and organizational activities in doctors’ offices, pharmacies, laboratories, and hospitals.
CompuGroup Medical is seeking in France a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join the company as Manager Development, France.

Requirements for the position are:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. A master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling engineering teams of at least 50 people. Extensive hands-on experience with Delphi and C++ programming languages, as well as a deep understanding of legacy system architectures. Strong background in modern software development practices, including cloud-native technologies, microservices, and containerization. Extensive hands-on experience in quality-driven development, from code quality mentoring, design and quality assurance processes, and product architecture perspectives. Demonstrated success in leading complex migration and modernization projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of technology to achieve business objectives. Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Location**:
The position is based in Montpellie (preferred) or Nanterre, Western Paris
Regular travelling in CGM locations in France is a must.
