Description du poste
**We are looking for an **INDIRECT PROCUREMENT CATEGORY MANAGER** W/M** to**:

- Be responsible for the category management and the strategic sourcing of Marketing & Retail goods and services, for the brand Salomon.
- Work with key leaders and stakeholders of AmerSports´ Brand Marketing teams to enable spend owners to maximize the value they receive from vendors to meet their objectives and generate sustainable improvements and savings.
- Be part of a motivated team that is creating a global Indirect procurement organization.

**You will report directly to the Indirect Procurement Center of Excellence Manager** & to the VP Finance.**

**Main activities**:

- You are directly responsible for the procurement category management of Marketing.
- You are responsible for the strategic procurement of Marketing goods and services for the brand Salomon, with an emphasis on the sub-categories’ media, marketing agencies, market research.
- You lead the Brand procurement department overseeing all indirect procurement categories.
- You develop the procurement category strategy for Salomon, together with the Indirect Procurement team and the category stakeholders.
- You work in close cooperation with senior leaders and stakeholders from respective functions, and countries on related procurement projects.
- You continuously monitor and analyze the relevant supplier and agency markets to identify further improvement opportunities and create value for the business.
- You focus on a sustainable optimization of the profit contribution of strategic procurement activities.
- You manage relationships with major external partners for the categories in scope.
- You interact with relevant procurement roles in different countries to share knowledge, gather requirements, and identify category specific improvement opportunities.
- You are involved in procurement excellence & development projects that allows you to be an active contributor to the development of our Global Indirect Procurement organization.
- You are accountable for localization of the Global procurement policy and procedures
- You provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement process
