The Technical Proposal Lead is responsible for managing the proposal process at the site, including leading cross-functional teams to scope opportunities and obtain stakeholder review and approval. The role also involves costing and preparing the technical components of proposals to deliver quality, timely quotations to Catalent Cham (CPS).

**The Role**:

- Drive the proposal process at the site, liaising with Project Management, Business Development, Contract Management & Commercial Operations, and key stakeholders on quotation generation, costing, project plans, and scope changes.
- Facilitate communication among functional areas (BD, Project Management, Operations, Quality, Finance) to ensure timely delivery of accurate and feasible proposals.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to determine optimal manufacturing, device assembly, and packaging methods, requesting external pricing as needed.
- Provide clear overviews of project scopes, costs, and capital expenditures.
- Communicate directly with CPS and customer contacts as necessary; participate in customer meetings to support proposals and business development.
- Work with Contract Management, Commercial Operations, BD, Operations, and Finance to develop value-based pricing solutions.
- Leverage experience, knowledge, and resources across Catalent sites.
- Lead, with guidance, complex quotations involving multiple locations and senior leadership, including legal.
- Participate in initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency and service levels for internal and external clients.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in contract development, research, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
- Knowledge of cGMP, EMA, and FDA regulations.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, mathematical, and financial skills.
- Business acumen and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading projects to completion.
