Apprentice - Donor Relations

The Advancement department at INSEAD is dedicated to fundraising and developing relationships with alumni and donors. It plays a crucial role in supporting the school’s strategic initiatives and promoting engagement within the INSEAD community.

**INSEAD**is seeking an **Apprentice, Donor Relations**to join our Advancement Department. This is an **apprenticeship**position based at our **Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France**.

**About the Job**

The overall purpose of the job is to execute a broad range of communications and operational stewardship tasks that contribute to the successful stewardship of our global donor base.

The apprentice will also provide administrative and coordination support to the Donor Relations team.

**Your role within the team**

**Administration and Communications**
- Collect and File letters from scholarship recipients with a special focus on the MBA classes
- Support the production of scholarship and academic reports
- Support the production of the annual donor’s report
- Help to update recognition inventory for donor recognition plaques
- Help to manage Salamander inventory and distribution
- Support Donor Pin mailings
- Help produce content for donor screens, website etc.
- Other tasks as assigned

**Data**
- People Soft (CRM) data entry
- Manage data migration from Extrel shared drive to MS Teams

**In-person and Digital Events**
- Provide on-the-ground support for selected events
- Provide registration and tracking support
- You will start a master’s degree in September 2025. Preference will be given to students in business, commerce, marketing, communications or other related areas.
- At ease with technology including SAS Peoplesoft, CRM and AI tools, good command of the Office pack
- Good communicational skills in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent team spirit with the ability to work autonomously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable
- Thrives on challenges and is solution oriented.

In France, apprenticeship contracts are agreements combining work and study, allowing young individuals to gain vocational training and practical experience while being paid and working towards a diploma or qualification.
