Programme Manager Centers

We are currently looking for a **Programme Manager Centers & Initiatives **to join our **Research **Department on our **Fontainebleau **campus. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The job purpose is to grow and develop the Centers and Initiatives portfolio, with a particular focus on two initiatives: the Marketing and Sales Excellence Initiative (MSEI), and the INSEAD Gender Initiative (IGI). The person will be actively engaging and interacting with MSEI members, IGI stakeholders, corporate clients, INSEAD alumni, on-campus, virtually and off-campus.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Support the Academic Directors of MSEI and IGI in their outreach plans to internal and external stakeholders, and advance the mission and agenda of both initiatives.
- Identify new leads and outreach plans, building relationships with external stakeholders, including strategic partnerships.
- Identify and implement solutions that keep the MSEI and IGI communities engaged.
- Plan and implement regular touch points with existing individual and corporate members or (academic) stakeholders through calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., faculty across areas, donor engagement, fundraising, INSEAD Alumni Relations) to explore new partnerships. for MSEI and/or IGI through joint events, webinars etc.
- Provide content for the newsletter and website.
- Specific responsibilities may be defined for MSEI and IGI, such as expanding global presence for MSEI (Middle East, Asia/Singapore, San Francisco), projects. management for internal and externally funded projects, or develop knowledge and propose solutions that will meet the learning and networking objectives of existing and potential MSEI members.
- At least Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree.
- Ability to take initiatives, improvement and service minded, a pro-active attitude, and with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant experience in a client facing or business development role; experience handling corporate clients.
- Experience in working in an international environment, preferably in an international academic setting; ability to interact with faculty, researchers, corporate clients, and colleagues from various international backgrounds.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills; able to drive conversations in professional group settings.
- Able to work independently in a functional role as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; fluency in French will be a plus.

You will report to the Global Director, of Research Strategy and work in close collaboration with the MSEI and IGI teams on a daily basis. L'objectif du poste est d'accroître et de développer le portefeuille de centres et d'initiatives, en mettant l'accent sur deux initiatives : l'Initiative pour l'excellence en marketing et en vente (MSEI) et l'Initiative de l'INSEAD pour l'égalité entre les hommes et les femmes (IGI).
