**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Within the **AXA SA Finance** **Department,**you will be part of the **Reinsurance General Accounting Team**, in charge of statutory, IFRS accounting and French Group tax for AXA SA, head of the AXA Group.

The reinsurance activity has the main following missions:
**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Accounting Management of internal Reinsurance (multi-billions of premiums)**
- Participate though interactive workshops with cedants and reinsurance team in the project to set up new treaties
- Ensure the reliable reporting from the entities, under the constraint of a tight planning
- Register the accounts received
- Help the entities to find solution to deliver in case of difficulties
- Analyze and challenge the data received, explain variations, tax impacts.

**General accounting**:

- Participate in the quarterly closing
- Manage multi currencies impacts
- Understand the operating mechanisms of collaterals
- Work with the treasury team to assess cash inflows or outflows

**Manage Multi GAAP environment**:

- To be point of contact with the other departments and ensure the proper recording through centralized Master Data
- French GAAP
- IFRS accounting schemes of which management of IFRS intragroup booking
- Participate in the documentation of transfer pricing on these specific transactions

**Process Automation and Documentation of financial controls**
- Continuously improve financial information control processes
- Simplify work methods as much as possible by optimizing the use of tool
- Participate in updating procedures and ensure compliance with internal financial control standards

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Experience**
- Degree Bac +3/5 in Accounting (DCG - DSCG)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, ideally in the insurance and reinsurance sector or in an accounting firm

**Technical Skills**
- Reinsurance accounting knowledge
- Solid basis in General accounting
- Professional English (for interactions with English-speaking counterparts)
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel including advanced functions, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus

**Professional Skills**
- Strong analytical mindset required
- Produce reliable, relevant, and high-quality information, with clear and concise comments for management and clients, often under tight deadlines
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and highlight important points
- Ability to integrate changes and act proactively
- Work harmoniously within internal financial control rules
