Vous disposez, d'une expérience de 3 à 8 ans en tant que Business Analyst, Product Owner ou Chef de projet - Vous disposez d'une expérience et / ou une certification sur un projet en mode Agile/Scrum - Des connaissances dans le domaine de la banque, finance, assurance vie, retraite, épargne, assurance prévoyance, santé ou IARD est un plus - Vous êtes curieux et vous vous intéressez aux nouvelles tendances technologiques, à la digitalisation et l'automatisation - Vous faites preuve d'une grande autonomie, d'une excellente structuration du travail et de qualités de synthèse et rédactionnelles ;
- Bon(ne) communicant(e) et force de proposition, vous possédez une bonne aisance relationnelle vous permettant d'échanger avec de nombreux interlocuteurs tout en faisant preuve de diplomatie et sachant prendre des décisions ;
- Un bon niveau d'anglais écrit et oral est un plus.
