**Main Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, goals, and budgets
Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and consultants
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Report on project status to management
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience in IT project management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
