This position is instrumental in maintaining operational flow and upholding the highest standards of service in port operations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Make necessary corrections to manifests and verify the accuracy of information provided to clients. - Calculate port fees and customs handling charges to maintain accurate financial documentation. - Serve as the primary contact for the "Prise en charge" office of customs revenue, addressing standard inquiries effectively. - Create voyages within the dedicated electronic system, monitor manifest discharges, and finalize port calls by submitting the DESMAD. - Amend manifests in the system and process traditional export declarations as required. - Generate operational reports related to the vessels handled using the operational management system (PCR). - Ensure timeliness and procedural compliance in all operations to mitigate the risk of customs penalties. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimising quay operations and promoting adherence to operational procedures. **Required Knowledge and Experience**: - Educational background of Bac +2 to Bac +3 in logistics, maritime transport, or a related field. - Minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar role or function. - Proficiency in computer systems and office tools is essential for performing daily tasks effectively. - Operational proficiency in English is required to facilitate communication with international stakeholders. - Demonstrates versatility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Exhibits strong independence and the ability to work under pressure. - Possesses a keen eye for detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Displays responsiveness to the dynamic nature of port operations. - Fosters teamwork and collaboration with colleagues, contributing to a positive work environment. **About CMA CGM**: CMA CGM is a world leader in shipping and logistics, committed to delivering efficient services globally.
