We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Port Agency Operations Manager to lead our operations in France. In this role at CMA CGM, you will oversee and manage the Port Agency functions, ensuring that terminals operate smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and enhancing operational performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and oversee all port agency operations, with an emphasis on efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Develop and implement strategies aimed at optimising operational procedures and enhancing the customer experience.
Manage relationships with terminal teams, external stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure seamless operations.
Lead, train and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement best practices to meet and exceed operational targets.
Prepare and present operational reports, identifying trends and proposing actionable solutions for any challenges encountered.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to drive initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

Proven experience in port agency operations or a related field.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance management.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including government entities and clients.
Fluency in English and French is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
