**Here is a summary of the priorities**:

- ** Lead cross-cloud product strategy** in the FSI industry from a customer perspective in partnership with Enterprise and Corporate segments.
- **Become an expert and evangelist** for the FSI and a x-cloud GTM for this industry across Azure and Business Applications. Show thought leadership on Microsoft’s value proposition to the FSI industry through customer and partner engagement.
- **Build and execute a sustainable growth GTM plan in scaled motions**: build and land growth plans to win and maximize local FSI market opportunity. Define clear drivers and asks with corp and local LT. Develop content leveraging Solution Plays and IPSs, ensure readiness of the sales teams and monitor business impact.
- **Always on learning**: Maintain product knowledge and certification as per Learning Path & Required Training in your Role Success Guide. Provide feedback on product gaps back to Corp per market, customers and partners’ feedback.

- ** Cross-Cloud product revenue** & new revenue in FSI, leading with Cloud for FSI.
- Be a **visible thought leader**, externally and internally for the cross-cloud products industry
- Maintain a **local multi-year business plan** to deliver on the FSI opportunity. Own the customer segment FSI strategy.
- Engage in **external activities** i.e. Customers, partners, press, analyst, events, articulating the FSI story through local customer evidence.
- Understand the **FSI market in France and competitive landscape** by building compete plans to drive share gaining opportunities. Proactively identify, participate and learn from each customer competitive engagement.
- Ensure appropriate** GTM focus on new customer acquisition** and retention by

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Marketing or Consulting
- Experience (and passion) for the FSI industry, fluent with Business Decision Makers' talk.
- Articulate and strong communication skills
- Natural collaborator
- Learner and builder attitude
