**Tax accounting specialist F/H**

**VOS CHALLENGES**:

- Revue et détermination de l'impôt:

- Courant et différé dans les comptes consolidés IFRS-US GAAP lors des clôtures trimestrielles et/ou annuelles,
- Dans le cadre d’opérations d’acquisition (Due diligence, Purchase Price Accounting) ;
- Revue et gestion du taux effectif d’imposition (TEI) de groupes établissant des comptes consolidés ;
- Participation aux projets spécifiques : Pilier 2 BEPS, Tax reporting et Tax accounting, etc.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Vous avez idéalement une double formation d'école de commerce, Master CCA et êtes titulaire d'un 3ème cycle en Fiscalité ou du CAPA.

Vous justifiez d’au moins une première expérience en fiscalité et/ou comptabilité dans un cabinet.

Vous maîtrisez les **règles comptables françaises et de consolidation** dans les référentiels IFRS et US GAAP, et notamment, des principes de comptabilisation de l’impôt dans les comptes consolidés (normes IAS 12 et ASC 740). Aussi, vous disposez de connaissances en **fiscalité française des entreprises** (détermination du résultat fiscal ou intégration fiscale par exemple).

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que pour votre rigueur et sens de l’organisation.

Votre curiosité, sens du service et capacité à communiquer avec aisance et clarté, vous permettront de vous intégrer au sein de l'équipe et d'adhérer à la culture et aux méthodes du cabinet pour y évoluer avec succès.

La maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, serait un plus (niveau B2).

Vous serez basé à KPMG Avocats Tour Europlaza dans le cadre d'un contrat Libéral.
