**Job description**:
As part of the Safety -V&V-test teams for development of EV battery cell & modules, you will manage the ACC test Lab in XCenter in accordance with the applicable standards or with internal ACC requirements with the Quality/Cost/delivery/performance compliancy.

You will be confied the following missions:
**Define/Establish**
- _To manage the Test Lab team in compliancy with ACC HR policy;_
- _To manage ACC Test Lab requirements and identified the team workload;_
- _To manage with V&V organization the Test benches allocation;_
- _To manage with Technical leaders the allocation of test teams;_
- _To manage the TestLab KPI and processes compliant with applicable standards;_
- _To manage the TestLab OPEX and organization compliant with ACC decisions;_
- _To manage with V&V Manager the make or buy test strategy._

**Build**_Construire_**
- _To build the TestLab test team organization/workload and training for TestLAb continuous improvement;_
- _To build the TestLab Budget with V&V/Safety/innovation organization (OPEX);_
- _To build & evaluate the External lab cooperation/partnership for better efficiency;_
- _To build and deploy all processes/tools/KPI for TestLAb management;_
- _To build the Middle/Long term TestLAb vision (OPEX/CAPEX) in accordance with ACC strategy with Benches experts. _

**Guarantee **_Garantir_**
- _To respect the ACC TestLab OPEX in term of QCDP;_
- _To guarantee the ACC QCDP rules for people & TestLAb;_
- _To guarantee the TestLAb certifications;_
- _The quality and maturity of tests set-up/follow-up and test reports release._

**Lead**_Mener/Diriger_**
- _To lead and organize the TestLab activities with all ACC support team (Building/Maintenance/Logistic/protoline, ) for Operationnal Excellence efficiency and continuous improvement;_
- _To lead and organize The TestLab team with all ACC HR for hiring processes/ team management;_
- _To lead the V&V lead or V&V team for external test lab activities according to commercial agreement;_
- _To lead with V&V Manager & leader schedule & budget for validation & qualification according project reorientation/priorities;_
- _To lead the deployment of applicable standards (SSE, business lines, management, rules of procedure, safety rules, environment, etc.), in order to achieve the objectives of Security/ Motivation/ Quality Cost Lead time;_
- _To lead the progress of the workshops under his responsibility for continuous improvement_
- _To lead the team competencies._

- _To support the V&V team in term of technical activities & reports;_
- _To support the V&V team for RFQ development evaluation (Cost/OPEX, schedule, );_
- _To support the Safety team in term of technical activities & reports;_
- _To support the Test Leaders and dedicated organization for special product & process team in term of technical activities & reports;_
- _To support and share KL/TR TestLab Managers for good practices deployments;_
- _To share best practices within ACC test team (template, process, product tests results, technical expertise -thermal/environmental/safety/Acquisition data/ Electrical/ Li ion technology..);_
- _To update KPI & reporting according to ACC process and objectives._

**Share**_Partager_**
- _To develop new tools/KPI for TestLab activities;_
- _Formalizes the state-of-the-art in his field and recommends improvement actions (standards, processes)._

**Profile**:
You have a Master’s degree or Engineering degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement.

You have 10 years of experience in similar job activities with Technician & Engineering team management & activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with the respect QCDP.

You have strong knowledge of Electrical and Physical Measurement and Environmental/mechanical tests.

You know how to manage a team and a Lab.
