Global Talent Management Intern

**What you do**

Allianz Partners is part of Allianz Group and combines B2B2C businesses in mobility, assistance, travel and health. Allianz Partners supports its business partners by providing worldwide integrated insurance and service solutions.

You will be working in the Global Talent Management team, reporting to the Global Talent Management Lead and will actively support the implementation of our talent development programs and other talent management initiatives. Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Support the communication and promotion of the global development programs by designing the communication, keeping all media channels updated (Intranet, etc) and distributing the communication to all levels of organization
- Actively support the selection process of program participants
- Prepare the kick-off sessions for the development programs and coordinate agendas of stakeholders
- Coordinate smooth communication and roll-out of the programs, maintaining a high level of response and interaction with participants, thus ensuring a positive participant experience
- Implement and utilize the SuccessFactors and any other enabling technologies and solutions that ensure data quality, talent pools, feedback, productivity and talent identification.
- Support in the design of Global Talent/ People CoE Products using a variety of methods to engage, develop and retain a globally diverse set of employees
- Deliver frequent reports and analysis to enable data-driven talent management decisions

**What you bring**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and collaborate with Senior leaders
- Excellent Business English, additional language(s) is a plus
- Strong program management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst remaining focused
- Tech savvy with an interest for innovative solutions bringing efficiencies
- International mindset - Experience in working in global teams spread across geographies a plus
- Energetic, self-driven, collaborative, results oriented & caring and competitive nature required
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining quality of service and delivery
