The CMA CGM Group launched in 2020 a new specialised program in maritime transport. A real springboard for your career within the Group, this work-study program will allow you to discover the world of maritime transport through immersion in the heart of trades and qualifying training within our corporate university. The objective is to integrate and train our future employees in key Group jobs, alternating with a training period at our corporate university CMA CGM ACADEMY (pace: 3 weeks on the job / 1 week on training). Thanks to this program, you learn to build a transport offer, organize and follow a transit operation and provide customer service in the context of transport operations. This program is fully funded by the company and will take the form of a 12-month apprenticeship contract. Throughout your year, you will be accompanied by expert trainers and dedicated tutors who will ensure the development of your skills and prepare you for certification. > 1 year Apprenticeship contract **ROLE**: **RESPONSIBILITIES**: First, you run a network of local agents and you ensure that the pricing policy defined by your management is properly applied and intervene in the processing of all requests for quotes from agents or customers. You coordinate local agencies in a specific area and run this network to optimize commercial performance and the filling of ships (dry or reefer containers). A true expert in your area, you record and analyze the volumes loaded on the ships in relation to sales managers and agents. You take part of the development of the activity in your area, you are in charge of marketing monitoring and carrying out market studies (state of the competition, product studies, seasonality of products etc.). You analyze the results and submit proposals to your management. You also follow the performance indicators for your area, which you regularly report to your management; and analyze the deviations from the commercial budget in order to propose corrective actions. **PROFILE AND SKILLS**: You recently graduated from a Master 2 degree, you have already completed an internship in the same field, ideally abroad. You are perfectly fluent in French and English and you have a very good command of IT and office automation tools, especially Excel. You are organized, autonomous and know how to take relevant initiatives. Your ability to establish good relations allows you to work in a team and to defend the interests of your area. You know how to adapt quickly and bounce back in order to manage operational priorities and respond as best as possible to emergency situations.
