In this position, you will be responsible for the payroll and personnel administration of a population as well as managing various HR projects. You will report to the Personnel Administration and Payroll Manager.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide payroll and personnel administration support to the HR community, managers and employees.
- Prepare employee balances in accordance with the rules.
- Check the accuracy of the payroll.
- Prepare information and documents for external agencies.
- Recommend improvements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback.
- Implement and lead certain process improvement activities.
- Participate in various quality control, audit and data protection activities.
- Support other members of the local payroll team or shared expertise center.
**Your background**:
- At least 3 years of higher education, ideally in Human Resources.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of French payroll/legislation essential.
- Good ability to use computer tools.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Training in international mobility would be a plus.
- Required qualities: autonomy, strength of proposal, rigor, interpersonal skills, dynamism, teamwork, customer orientation.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
