**L'entreprise**, spécialisée dans les paris sportifs (Poker, Casino, Hippique), poursuit sa transformation grâce à l’ **IA Générative**. Ils recherchent un-e passionné-e pour identifier et concrétiser les idées GenAI qui feront la différence.

**Vos missions principales**:
**Conduire la phase de découverte GenAI**:

- Prendre en charge la phase de **discovery**des initiatives GenAI : identification des cas d’usage, KPIs, évaluation de la faisabilité, décisions go/no-go avec les équipes produit, design, tech et data.
- Travailler fonctionnellement au sein de votre tribe, sous la responsabilité du **Head of Product**de la tribu, tout en reportant au **Lead Produit GenAI**pour assurer l’alignement avec la stratégie globale.
- Être le **référent GenAI**de votre équipe : conseiller sur **quand et comment**intégrer la GenAI dans les projets existants ou à venir, en comprenant en profondeur les problématiques métier et utilisateurs.
- Proposer proactivement des opportunités GenAI, organiser des sessions d’idéation ou des ateliers, et s’inspirer d’autres industries ou entreprises.
- Collaborer avec un **architecte solution GenAI dédié**pour concevoir des POCs et comprendre les contraintes techniques.

**Soutenir la phase de delivery**:

- Accompagner les équipes produit pendant la phase de développement pour garantir la **faisabilité et la valeur des solutions GenAI**.
- Suivre les projets jusqu’à leur mise en production et **évaluer leur impact business**.

**Contribuer à l’équipe et à la communauté GenAI**:

- Réaliser des **benchmarks**et suivre l’évolution de l’écosystème GenAI, en tenant l’équipe informée des nouvelles tendances et outils.

**Le profil recherché**:

- Bac +5 (management, informatique ou équivalent).- 3 ans d’expérience en **product management**sur des projets IA / data.
- Bonne maîtrise de **Scrum, Kanban**et des frameworks de discovery.
- Familiarité avec l’écosystème GenAI (modèles, prompts, outils).
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles : facilitation, communication, esprit d’équipe.
- Curiosité, autonomie, mentalité « test & learn ».
- Français + anglais courants.
