Nous recherchons un Communication Manager EMEA sur Paris (Siège Social), vous serez rattaché au Responsable Marketing Produits, vos principales missions seront de:

- Contribuer à définir des plans marketing de communication en France pour une célèbre marque du Groupe afin d'en assurer la croissance en volume et en valeur,
- Développer la stratégie, le positionnement et le plan de mise en marché avec la direction marketing mondiale,
- Augmenter en interne la visibilité et la priorisation de la catégorie dans les plans régionaux et nationaux,
- Élaborer et suivre les go to market des innovations produits (stratégie, plan d'actions, coordination avec les autres entités, KPIS...),
- Adapter les outils de communication BtoB et BtoC (contenus médias, outils de PLV, offres commerciales),
- Élaborer les supports et outils de formation marketing à destination des équipes commerciales et des partenaires externes,
- Analyser les ventes et l'environnement concurrentiel.
- Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac +5 minimum en marketing,
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans en tant que Chargé de Communication ou d'une fonction similaire,
- Compétences en marketing et communication. Connaissance des produits et goût pour le secteur,
- Capacité à collaborer, convaincre et influencer,
- Grande réactivité et efficacité opérationnelle,
- Excellent niveau d'anglais.

Ce pôle gère l'ensemble de la stratégie de communication d'une marque emblématiques du Groupe.

Vous serez un véritable pivot en ayant un rôle d'interface avec de nombreux départements : Trade Marketing, Communication, Direction Commerciale, Direction des opérations ainsi que les équipes global marketing EMEA.
