Meaningful Work From Day One

Reporting to the Area Sales Manager ON-Trade, you will be responsible for achieving sales and distribution objectives through executing brand building activity, sales targets and brand education for On-Trade customers, as well as ensuring the best position on the market for the Brown-Forman brands. This position works closely and under supervision of Area Sales Manager On

What You Can Expect
- Achieves volumes, appointed sales targets promotion, distribution and visibility objectives according to KPI’s distributed by management
- Drives local negotiation with the store manager
- Implementing and evaluating of promotional activities
- Regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan and customer coverage (On Premise - Cavists - Prestige)
- Builds excellent relationships with customers on all levels within the business environment, working closely with the Area Sales Manager.
- Ensures optimum stock level/Merchandising within all covered/serviced customers
- In particular, implement the Category strategy in accordance with CM Mgrs recommendations
- Collects and updates information about competitors activities
- Conducts brand trainings, masterclass and tastings for trade partners - with the cooperation of the Brand Ambassador
- Actively participate to Trade Fairs : national and local
- Be a support to your colleagues for Super Premium negotiations and distributor tours.
- Daily reporting on the CRM software
- Customer: Selling and generate placements, achieve sales targets
- Enlarge product visibility at retail shelf (Product facings plus PLV), via promotional activity and grow digital visibility
- Implementing, executing and evaluating of promo activities
- Reporting and communicating with management

What You Bring to the Table

Required Experience & Education:
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Sales or Marketing

Certifications: Bachelor

Experience: 3 years experience

Job Competencies:

- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of the spirits or liquids market
- Sense of contact and results are essential qualities.
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
