The role is open in Rungis office. Hybrid way of working and report to Head of DevOps

**JOB PROFILE**:

- Manage the team of technical writers : Proven experience managing large-scale documentation projects from inception to completion. Skilled in developing doc strategies, establishing documentation standards, and implementing efficient workflows to ensure consistent and high quality ouput.
- Technical writing : Proficient in creating clear, concise, and easily understandable technical documentation end-users, and administrators. Capable of translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly concepts
- Drive evolution of documentation as per business requirements
- Maintain on-time and develop documentation roadmap
- Manage consolidation, modularization and/or other structural changes needed as the ESI product portfolio evolve
- Investigate and drive initiatives to use new technology to deliver user information, be it documentation or other types of media/systems
- Maintain and update processes related to user documentation and information

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Enterprise level documentation systems : Extensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise-level systems, software, and technologies. Able to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them in documentation.
- Project management : Good project management skills with the ability to define project scope, set realistic timelines, allocate resources, and track progress. Experienced in creating, organizing, coordinating and prioritizing documentation tasks across multiple projects and teams and maintaining high-quality documentation for complex enterprise systems
- Experience of MadCap is a plus.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing and documentation management, preferably in an enterprise-level environment.
- Detail-oriented professional who excels at managing and coordinating documentation projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of industry-standard documentation practices, tools, and methodologies
- Demonstrates good communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of on spec documentation.
- Experience from quality assurance and process governance
