Au sein d’une agence d’études basée à Paris, Avenue de Opéra, vous serez chargé.e d’accompagner les clients sur des problématiques shopper, media et marketing.

Vous prendrez en charge les études consommateurs ad hoc (quantitatives, qualitatives, passives, hybrides ) et en tirez des recommandations. Les secteurs d’activité et types d’études sont multiples (Tests produit/innovation, Consumer journey, Typologie, Tendances de consommation, Tracker de marque, Mesures/perception de leviers marketing )

**Vos principales missions**

En tant que Manager, vous aurez notamment pour missions:

- De mener des projets d’études (bilans de communication, pré test, post test, études ad hoc) et d’activer des méthodologies innovantes (nouvelles technologies de recueil, mix de plusieurs sources )
- D’analyser et de donner du sens à des résultats d’études
- D’encadrer la réalisation de projets et d’assurer la pertinence du conseil délivré
- De gérer la relation clients
- De répondre à des appels d’offre
- D’animer une équipe

**Profil recherché**

Nous recherchons:

- une personne forte d’une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en agence, cabinet de conseil ou institut sur des problématiques proches, avec une expertise mixant idéalement le quantitatif et le qualitatif ou avec la volonté d’étendre votre expertise quantitative vers du qualitatif
- Maitrisez la mise en récit de vos analyses en vue de recommandations (storytelling).
- Avez acquis une bonne compréhension des besoins clients et une aisance dans le conseil
- Disposez d’une forte sensibilité au marketing, à l’innovation et au digital.
- Etes dynamique, curieux/se, créatif/ve et rigoureux/se.
- Avez une bonne communication orale et écrite.
- Maîtrisez l'anglais.
