**The Role**

We are seeking a results-driven **Senior Marketing Manager**to lead marketing initiatives that ensure Dynata’s brand leadership and revenue growth across EMEA. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to develop and manage localized marketing programs that align with sales objectives and drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and brand presence.

**Responsibilities of the position will include**:

- **Regional Strategy Development**
- Design and execute regional marketing strategies that support revenue targets, customer growth, and brand visibility.
- Align with sales leadership to understand territory goals, challenges, and priorities.
- ** Campaign Planning and Execution**
- Localize global campaigns for regional effectiveness.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Partner with product marketing, content, digital, and analytics teams to execute go-to-market strategies. Localize efforts.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to coordinate campaigns, track feedback, and adjust plans based on performance.
- ** Market & Competitive Insight**
- Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to refine positioning and messaging.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities within the region.
- ** Budget Management**
- Manage the regional marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- ** Regional Webinar and Event management**
- Ensure events are run with an eye on ROI

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in a regional or field marketing role.
- Proven track record of supporting revenue through targeted marketing strategies and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, pipeline management, and campaign ROI metrics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
