**Introduction to the role**
Green Giraffe Group is seeking a France HRBP and Global HR administration coordinator to join our Global People Operations team in Paris (FR) for 6 to 8 months to cover an extended maternity leave.
You will be part of a dynamic and international People Operations team composed of 1 Recruitment business partner, 1 Senior Compensation & Benefits and HRIS specialist, 2 HRBPs and 1 People Director. This role will report directly to the HR Director, who oversees the global People strategy, compliance, and policy development.
In this key role for the People team and overall organisation, you will be responsible for all HR-related matters of Green Giraffe Group’s entities and sister companies (40+ employees in total in different entities) in Paris and Marseille. You will also be supporting your HRBP colleagues on HR administration matters for other offices worldwide (ES, ZA, JP, SG, AUS, DE, UK, NL, DK).
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, recruitment, onboarding of newcomers, employee lifecycle process management, HR administration, health & safety management, performance management, and HR systems maintenance across various international jurisdictions.
You may also be involved on global HR initiatives and projects impacting the broader Group depending on the needs (training & development, annual performance management & salary revision campaigns, EDI, etc.).
**Mission**
- Building and fostering a close collaboration relationship with Heads of offices and Team leaders in France to deliver high-quality HR support and advice
- Contributing to accurate and up-to-date maintenance of digital employee records and HR systems (Lucca))
- Managing and maintaining effective social dialogue with staff representative bodies (CSE - Comité Social et Economique) in France.
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues in coordination with the Team leaders and HR Director
- Assisting the People team in the planning and execution of the company-wide performance management cycle
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, ensuring a strong feedback loop between staff and leadership. Promote and nurture a healthy and inclusive corporate culture through confidential listening and support of managers and employees, and by initiating employee engagement initiatives.
- Driving compliance, efficiency, and quality excellence in the day-to-day operations of international HR administration
- Contributing to maintaining and fostering a healthy, friendly and hard-working and result-oriented team spirit in France and across the company
**What profile are we looking for?**
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in France and in an international environment
- Experience and interest in HR administration and HR systems management
- A first previous experience in a Junior HRBP role would be a great plus
**Skills & Competencies**
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
- Strong knowledge of HR administration and French employee relations
- Knowledge, understanding and interest in international labour laws
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities and workstreams in parallel
- Tech-savvy, confident with HR systems and digital tools (Lucca, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Proactive, result and solutions-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across time zones and business cultures
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects
**Package & Application**
This is a temporary contract-based role for 6 to 8 months, full time and started mid-November, to cover for an extended maternity leave. We will offer you a competitive compensation package within a friendly, hardworking and close-knit global team.
