In just two years, we’ve worked with leading brands such as M&S, Next, MIT, Victoria’s Secret, and the NHS, helping launch 166+ startups.

We are now looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Executive Assistant** to support our company founder, who regularly moves between the UK, France, the US, and the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is comfortable managing high-level administrative and operational tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Assistance**: Handle various business and personal administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Communication & Liaison**: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications professionally in both English and French.
- **Travel & Logistics Management**: Organize complex travel itineraries, visas, and accommodations across multiple countries.
- **Finance & Expense Management**: Track expenses, handle invoices, and assist with financial documentation.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- French language proficiency a major benefit
- Familiarity with P&L, Xero or similar, payment and finance flows
- Highly **detail-oriented** with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced **Excel/Google Sheets skills** (comfortable with formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- Experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable working across different time zones and managing priorities efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.

**Location & Employment Type**
- **Location**: Remote - Nice, Monaco or similar areas
- **Employment Type**: Open to **contractors, freelancers, or full-time employees**.
- **Remote & Travel**: While remote work is possible, occasional in-person meetings and travel may be required.
