**Your Mission**:
- As Leisure Sales Manager, your mission will be to boost the Leisure client portfolio (both groups and individuals), in close collaboration with key industry partners. You will actively contribute to implementing the hotel’s commercial strategy for this segment.
- Implement and adapt the Leisure sales strategy defined with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Identify and develop new source markets (domestic and international).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners (agencies, tour operators, OTAs, etc.).
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and professional events in France and abroad.
- Design commercial offers tailored to different client profiles.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure excellent operational execution.
- Monitor and analyze segment performance, report on trends, and propose corrective actions.
- Provide regular reporting of your activity to the Director of Sales.
**The Ideal Profile**:
- Degree in hospitality, business, or tourism.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar role, within a high-capacity hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Leisure distribution channels.
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable managing projects and working in challenging environments.
- Proficient in CRM and PMS tools, ideally Opera Cloud.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
- Knowledge of international markets is a plus.
