**Your Mission**:
- As the **Sales Manager in charge of Congresses/Conventions**, you will play a key role in the growth of the Corporate & MICE segment. Under the responsibility of the Director of MICE & Corporate Sales, you will be tasked with driving this constantly evolving sector by actively participating in trade fairs and commercial events, both in France and internationally. Your mission will be to:
- Develop and energize the Congress/Convention segment, creating growth opportunities through targeted and effective strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to develop new markets while identifying target clients.
- Take part in international sales missions organized in line with the needs of the identified markets.
- Set and define goals with the Director of MICE & Corporate Sales for your segment.
- Regularly monitor competitive intelligence to identify market trends and adjust the commercial offer accordingly.
- Actively promote the H4 Hotel Wyndham by meeting new prospects and clients, establishing strong and lasting relationships.
- Negotiate contracts with prospects and clients.
- Ensure contract follow-up by passing relevant information to internal sales teams for optimal prospect management.
**The Ideal Profile**:
- Solid experience in proactive hotel sales within the Corporate & MICE segment.
- Field presence and ability to represent the hotel at international trade fairs and commercial events, with an excellent network of contacts in the sector.
- Analytical and strategic mindset, able to conduct competitive intelligence and identify market trends to anticipate client needs.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to establish long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Results-driven, with the ability to define and achieve commercial goals in collaboration with the sales department.
- Proactivity and autonomy, with a strong passion for sales challenges and a desire to contribute to the growth of a high-end establishment.
- Perfect command of French and English, both written and spoken.
