Intern Reporting, Operations and Control (M/F)

For its Finance department, London Clearing House SA (LCH), a member of the Post Trade division of the London Stock Exchange (LSEG), is looking for a summer intern for 3 months starting in early June.

LCH SA is a clearing house and acts as a central counterparty between the buyer and the seller from the exchange. LCH SA ensures that each member is settled or delivered and settles a net position (buy - sell) on the market. The company is authorized and supervised by the AMF, ACPR, ECB, SEC, and CFTC.

The goal of this internship is to provide operational assistance to the Finance department at LCH SA.

Within the Reporting, Operations and Control department, you will contribute to the development and conduction of the team under the supervision of the department manager.

Your main areas of involvement will be (non-exhaustive list):
Client Billing:

- Monitoring outstanding payments
- Participating in daily production control and follow-up
- Archiving and filing documents
- Reviewing and updating Fee settings in the test environment

Supplier Billing Process:

- Allocating and booking supplier invoices for the Paris, Porto, and Amsterdam entities
- Managing the digitization of invoices
- Archiving and filing documents
- Reviewing Oracle configuration
- Updating (upgrading, enhancing) operating procedures for the department

Key skills expected:

- Knowledge of accounting
- Rigorous and independent
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency with office tools

The position is based in Paris.
