Pelico's operations management platform gives factory teams the agility and resilience to quickly respond to any supply chain disruptions, and act fast to mitigate their impact. With the platform, factory teams align on a single source of truth to anticipate bottlenecks, prioritize corrective actions, speed up cross-functional collaboration, and simulate alternative production and repair scenarios.

** What you'll do & learn**
- Cash Collection: Maintain effective system to collect cash & track debts
- Handle registration as suppliers for our new clients
- Keep customer information updated
- Collect all purchase orders & invoice the clients
- Follow-up on account receivables
- Expenses Management: Offer visibility into all business expenses and stay up-to-date on our receipts collection
- Create report with details on budgeted vs actual expenses per departments
- Implement process to improve receipt management
- Accounting: Help the finance department to gather accountings documents for the year-end closure
- Answer accounting providers’ requests
- Prepare the fiscal year closing
- Review documentation along with the manager
- Compliance & Risk Management: Monitoring insurance and legal requirements of the company
- Ensure the business compliance in France & in the USA by keeping track on necessary insurances and their subscriptions
- Edit BSPCEs & StockOptions documentation for employees
- Transaction Operations: Become the referent for internal & external transaction requests
- Pays suppliers & contractors
- Monitors transactions from our internal bank accounts (US & FR)
- Build Travel & Expenses reporting on a monthly basis
- P&L: Collect data to ease financial reporting
- Make real time data necessary to keep our P&L updated easily accessible (new hires, AR, Equity, budget adjustment, revenue, etc.)

You will enter a team of 2, reporting to the Finance Manager & working closely with our Finance Apprentice. You will actively collaborate with different teams in France and the US.

**Requirements**:

- Preparing a master’s degree specialized in Finance
- Expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and any related finance tools
- Discretion & sense of confidentiality
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Located in Paris (hybrid work possible)
