**Logistic Manager**

The Role:
- Planning and organizational management of the operation
- Scheduling of operations to support projects including maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Enforce safety and quality control policies and procedures
- Oversees ongoing maintenance team (inspections, and preventative / corrective maintenance activities)
- Coordinating resources on site ensuring compliance with safety & site environmental requirements
- Responsible for the day‐to‐day execution of contracts, site safety, direction of direct employees, subcontractors and liaise with client site representatives
- Managing day to day scheduling of machinery/delivery activities on-site
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work on their own initiative and carry out the works in a safe and efficient manner
**Requirements**:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification
- Experience in similar role is expected
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- Excellent working knowledge and track record of managing utilities
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
- Experience in working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team
- The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/project
- Good technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems
**Salary**: 60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paris (75): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
