**What we are looking for**:
We are currently seeking a **German speaking** **Customer Success Manager** to add to our dynamic** CSM Team** in** Paris **for a **6-months internship.**
Under the supervision of the team, you will have the global mission of **delivering a white-glove customer service experience to our existing portfolio of clients** in order to **guarantee retention and create up-sales and cross-sales opportunities**.
**Key responsibilities include**:
**Project & Client Portfolio Management**:
- **Help design and support the rollout of Digimind Market Intelligence & Social Media solutions** **for our clients**,
- **Coach our clients during each step of the deployment of their project**; from primary onboarding & operational setup phases to project deployment,
- **Help clients identify, design & track business KPIs **relevant to their business strategy,
- **Develop business within your portfolio** in collaboration with Account Managers,
- **Participate in pre-sales initiatives** including webinars, product demo, and technical workshops.
**Digital Consulting**:
- **Advise clients on current digital business intelligence strategies** & best practices with regard to brand reputation, brand protection, consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and influencer marketing strategy,
- **Create educational content** aimed at turning our clients into power users of our software through workshops, coaching and tool optimization,
- **Provide digital expertise to our clients**, be proactive in suggesting the right organizational framework at each step of the deployment of the project.
**Corporate Communication**:
- **Design, write and publish a weekly company newsletter** providing Digimind with strategic insights and competitive intelligence relevant to its business environment.
**What are our requirements**:
- You are **pursuing a degree in Economics/Competitive Intelligence or Marketing **and **you are** **looking for an internship;**:
- You ideally have 6+ months of hands-on work experience working in marketing or data analysis;
- You are **passionate about technology** and the world of big data;
- **Bilingual proficiency in English, French and German is required**.
- **You have excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable written and oral expression**;
- A** strong interest in competitive intelligence and the SAAS environment** is a plus;
- You are** autonomous and proactive** with a **true sense of customer service** and **exceptional organizational and time management **skills;
