**Job description**:
**Your **LittleBig** responsibilities**:
Our Marketing department evolves at the heart of the business activity, working closely with a team of 60 sales representatives and 10 marketers. As part of the Marketing team, reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager, **the B2B Marketing Officer will assist Business content and event diffusion to drive brand awareness, engage the target audiences, and support lead generation efforts. **You will interact regularly with the communication, digital and product teams, in a dynamic and growing environment.

***Management of communication tools**:
As a B2B Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the creation and management of our B2B newsletters for our two brands. You will follow a schedule of publications on LinkedIn, where our account reaches almost 30,000 followers, in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager. You will also participate in the animation of publications via the profiles of our business teams, who interact with a customer base composed of purchasing or IT decision-makers. Our monthly newsletters reach over 2000 contacts, making them a key strategic tool.
- Use of Hubspot for newsletter management and CRM follow-up
- Content brief to be created for the communication team
- Preparation of communication plans

**Event Planning**:
You will contribute to the planning and monitoring of an annual calendar of around 10 events, consisting mainly of face-to-face events but also online formats. These events, which are essential for the acquisition and loyalty of our customers, include conferences, meetings with our partners and networking moments.

One year event : FORWARD 100 participants, Online events, Small committee events:, Sponsoring.

Impact Analysis

**Documentation and competitive intelligence**:
You will be responsible for updating our competitive studies and capitalizing on content via our internal Loop tool. Managing documentation and reporting processes provides a rewarding opportunity to deeply understand our marketing actions and their impact on our bottom line. You have an interest in B2B environments and an eye for detail in project management.

This internship will allow you to develop your skills in marketing, communication and event management within a company with a strong international dimension.
