**PERMANENT CONTRACT - TRADE MARKETING MANAGER** (M/F/X)

Reporting into our Europe Trade Marketing Director, you’ll lead the design, development and roll-out trade animation assets for exclusive and selective centralized brands all over Europe to reinforce Sephora’s differentiation, elevate the brand and enrich the client journey in store.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**

**Implement plans & briefs for Europe trade retail marketing**
- Implement the retail marketing animation plan hand-in-hand with the different Heads of brand marketing
- Build / consolidate detailed brief for each animation, hand in hand with the brand and in coherence with the rest of the 360 brand marketing.
- Advise and guide brands with their in-store experiences & animations in terms GWP, services etc
- Monitor the retroplanning from A to Z for each trade animation
- Spread trade marketing best practices and guidelines to brands and to Brand Marketing Managers

**Develop the Trade Retail Marketing assets**:

- Design all the assets (EDG, podium, Beauty Hub take-over, Front of store table or gondola, etc ) to assure the maximum of impact for the brand, the highest differentiation for Sephora and the most entertainable experience for clients.
- Get approval from brands
- Lead the calls for tenders with purchasing teams assuring a strong challenge on price and quality
- Assure a strong focus on sustainable composition and upcycling post life of trade retail marketing assets
- Nurture creativity with competition benchmark, retail trends and inspirations.
- Closely monitor the budget vs. target

**Deploy the assets hand-in-hand with the markets**:

- Assure anticipation and seamless communication with the markets and guide them through local production and implementation
- Assure store and market visits to evaluate the animation impact in real life
- Deliver trade animation report and post-mortem about the impact on brand, client, Sephora in store teams and business hand in hand with the brand marketing teams.
- Feed internal tools to reach a smooth European Trade Marketing implementation

A solid experience with
- At least 5 years of Trade marketing or/ and Retail Marketing
- Beauty background
- Luxury experience and / or Retailer background (a plus)
- International experience on top will be appreciated
- Fluent French & English mandatory
- Thinking forward
