E-bike Project Engineer

By joining us as a **E-Bike Project Engineer**, you will be the primary technical interface for our B2B clients, supporting the integration of our pedaling solution into their projects. Working closely with experts in integration, procurement, validation, electronics, and software, you will propose tailored solutions and coordinate the technical relationship with the client.
**Your missions**:
- Provide technical support to our clients from the pre-project phase to after-sales service (answering questions, advising on mechanical integration, anticipating potential issues).
- Commission vehicles equipped with the PERS system (configuration, calibration, and testing).
- Develop technical proposals based on CIXI solutions to meet client needs, including propulsion choices, battery selection, and pedal system software configuration.
- Participate in building, maintaining, and improving prototypes directly in the workshop.
- Enhance CIXI’s technical documentation, particularly for clients.
**Your profile**:
- You have an engineering background (generalist or mechanical), providing you with a strong technical foundation.
- You have project management experience that involved direct client interactions in an industrial setting.
- You have a basic understanding of electricity and electronics.
- You are comfortable working in a workshop environment and enjoy hands-on technical work.
- Your proactive mindset allows you to build strong relationships with clients.
- Your curiosity and organizational skills help you efficiently manage your tasks.
- You are proficient in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
