What you'll do
- Throughout the sales cycle, you will work with our sales team to advise multiple prospects, customers or partners on all technical aspects of our products and services, from the initial enquiry right through to delivery in parallel
- You will conduct demonstrations, product trainings and solution workshops either on-site or via video conference
- You will prepare the technical part of our offers for customer requirements and, if necessary, you will create features requests to our products
- You will use the know-how you gained to guide the customers and partners through proof of concepts, pilots and implementation projects
- You represent Retarus at trade fairs and other events together with the sales department
- Through regular training, you ensure that both customers and partners, as well as your colleagues, are always up-to-date in the products you represent.

What you'll need
- Several years of experience as Pre-Sales Engineer in IT, SaaS or Cloud services
- A successfully completed apprenticeship or degree, preferably in the field of IT or a comparable qualification
- Strong analytical skills, an understanding of corporate business processes and a creative mind are the be-all and end-all for us
- An agile mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies
- Strong communication skills, proactive and motivated mentality
- Fluent language skills in French and English, German is an advantage
