Direct message the job poster from OneSource Consulting Talent Acquisition Consultant | IT Recruiter | Netherlands The objective of this role is to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor the relocation and deployment of IT infrastructure from a single site to two target data center locations, ensuring minimal impact on production applications. The role covers activities from initial planning through Manufacturing Execution Plan (MEP). Key Responsibilities Planning & Preparation Define, maintain, and manage the infrastructure deployment and relocation schedule Plan infrastructure deployments and relocations through MEP Reserve and coordinate technical and human resources Manage data center urbanization in collaboration with architects (racking, cabling, layout) Prepare and maintain all technical and project documentation Execution & Monitoring Coordinate and monitor infrastructure audits (hardware, financial, cabling) Track equipment orders, deliveries, and installations Monitor deployment progress through weekly and monthly status meetings Monitor relocation activities via dedicated progress meetings Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards Track, update, and maintain all project deliverables, including: DAG DIT DEX DAT Racking plans Resource & Provider Management Manage internal and external project resources Coordinate and oversee service providers, including: Hosting providers Managed services providers Packaging and logistics partners Governance & Reporting Lead project governance and reporting to internal management Identify, monitor, and manage project risks Propose and implement risk mitigation plans Ensure compliance with internal standards and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in infrastructure migration and relocation projects Proven expertise with HPE and Hitachi infrastructure equipment Solid understanding of data center operations (racking, cabling, power, cooling) Experience working in production environments Knowledge of network, server, and storage infrastructure Project Management Skills End-to-end project planning and execution Resource planning and coordination Vendor and service provider management Risk management and mitigation Strong documentation and reporting skills Professional & Soft Skills Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to perform under high-pressure and time-sensitive environments Problem-solving and decision-making mindset Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at OneSource Consulting by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
