**Description du Poste**:
**Context and main mission**:
**The Global Talent Management Manager** is responsible for leading the team that designs global process, programs, and initiatives to support Assystem current and future talent needs.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President Human Ressources.

**As a leader on the global Talent, Learning & Culture team, this role is critical to evolving Assystem approach to retain, grow, develop, and engage our employees.**

The role is based in Paris, in La Défense Business District, Courbevoie (hybrid with working from home).

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Leading the design and deployment of an organization-wide Talent Management process** including L&D Strategy (for KP), Leadership Model, Career development, performance management, internal mobility
- ** Being in charge of the succession plan** for Assystem critical roles and executive leadership roles
- Aligning with **stakeholders on BU talent development priorities** and plans to ensuring execution of key talent decisions
- Developing, initiating, and maintaining effective programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning
- ** Leading the development of consistent tools** and processes to leverage, mirroring global talent initiatives and company culture
- ** Providing oversight for the development and implementation of leadership and executive coaching programs** and development programs
- Partnering with Human Ressources Business Partners and people managers on building capability in effectively using assessments

**Profil**:
**Skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's or University degree in Human Resource Management
- ** 15+ years of broad HR experience and specialist-level depth in talent management**:

- ** 5+ years experience designing talent processes** and programs at** global scale** and complexity including developing and supporting organization-wide talent performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and employee engagement programs
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with **executive stakeholders and business leaders**:

- Ability to generate results through influence in a matrixed, global environment with multiple and diverse stakeholders; experience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability to interact directly with Senior leaders.
- Proven ability to **plan, organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects.**:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both **French AND English**:

- Effective leadership skills and ability to grow and develop talent within the TM organization
