The Talent team is staffed by 10 people between Paris & Brussels. There are 3 main services on offer: - Talent Acquisition: in charge of recruitment - Talent management - Learning & Development, the aim of which is to develop employees' skills internationally (Europe, Asia, United States). **Role**: Reporting to the Head of People Development and Engagement, you will work within the GEMS HR team and will be responsible for defining and implementing training initiatives that promote employee development and engagement. As an L&D Specialist, you will be involved in various missions. **Learning & Development** - Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development, develop and implement training programs, workshops and other learning initiatives. - Ensure continuous improvement of learning programs based on feedback and changing business needs. - Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and report on training activities. - Lead the overall development plan for the GEMS France scope: identification, planning, execution... including operational support: purchase orders, contact employees, monitor training files, receive documents and close sessions. - Develop the necessary expertise within the L&D field and stay abreast of new trends and market offers.
